Civil Rights Navigator Program

The program is designed to educate a family's understanding that Civil Rights are an expansive set of rights that are designed to protect individuals from unfair treatment and free from discriminations in several settings including in education, police custody, housing, employment and more. To learn certain legally protected characteristics, state and federal legal frameworks, such as the United States Constituion. Participation in this Youth Program will have access to a recording arts studio in the Latino Civic Center to use as creative expression.
