Description
The Summer Welding Cohort 2026 is a 200-hour hands-on training program designed for individuals who want to learn welding skills and start a career in the skilled trades. Students will be introduced to several industry welding processes including SMAW (Stick Welding), GMAW (MIG Welding), FCAW (Flux Core Welding), and GTAW (TIG Welding). Each section includes lecture, e-learning, and approximately 40 hours of hands-on lab training to build real practical experience.
Orientation will take place Monday, July 13 (4–6 PM). Classes run Monday through Thursday from 4–9 PM, beginning July 20 and ending September 3, with graduation on September 10.
